1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DeeMedia services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services Provided

DeeMedia provides business coaching, web development, business development, and podcasting services. All services are provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding the outcome of our services.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due as specified in individual service agreements
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are in Australian Dollars unless otherwise specified

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Communicate clearly about project requirements
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work created specifically for them. DeeMedia retains the right to use general methodologies, techniques, and non-proprietary knowledge in future projects.

6. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive business information without express written consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

DeeMedia's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination terms are specified in individual service agreements.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in Victorian courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
